City Of Heroes: Ask A Dev Question Thread #1 – Featuring Manticore

Cryptic begins it's new series of Ask A Dev today by interviewing their resident archer, Manticore. Similar to the old Ask Statesman series, this series of interviews will begin with a thread to solicit questions from you, the players. The interviews will also include a short bio of the developer that highlights their job function at Cryptic Studios. This should provide everyone with a better understanding of who does what, and allow you to ask educated questions that relate to that developer's area of expertise.
