Regarding PlayOnline Information Center Customer Support

PlayOnline Information Center will be unable to provide the following services during maintenance between Aug. 8, 2005 8:00 and Aug. 9, 2005 2:00(PDT).

- Reissuing PlayOnline password
- Recovery of deleted characters
- Other processes that requires a confirmation of customer information
