The City of Villains site has a splash page on their pre-ordering deals. As with City of Heroes, players can pre-order through EBGames, Game Stop, CompUSA, and Best Buy. But unlike with City of Heroes, instead of a prestige power, City of Villains players will get a unique (based on retailer) item to display!
