[i]QA has approved the new build, Operations is in the process of propping it out to all worlds. Still on track for 10:00PM PDT.

We're going to bring one or two worlds up to let QA doublecheck them. Assuming they're fine -- and we have no reason to believe otherwise right now -- we'll open them up and bring the remaining worlds back online.
