Asherons Call: QoTD - Is the Game Balanced Enough to Start Working on Content?

Everyone's going to have an opinion as to where the game ISN'T balanced and I'm not saying it's perfect. But, compare it to 1 or 2 or 3 years ago and its a whole new game.

The last remnant of the creature balancing will happen in April with the missile fix. So, are balanced enough?

Is it time to work on adding new stuff and updating the old? Or is there still work to be done?
