The 2nd Annual COH Film Festival winners have been announced. Judging from the various films posted on the boards, I'm sure it wasn't an easy decision for the judges. This year, the catagories are Best Overall, Best Action, Best Action Runner Up, Best Live Action, Best Live Action Runner Up, Best Animated, Best Animated Runner Up, Best Comedy, and Best Comedy Runner up.
