Structures

* Fixed issue where sometimes structures don't get loaded after a server restart

House Pack-up

* Fixed a bug where players could pack up houses with vendors inside them. Players may now notice that some house terminal options (Packup, Privacy, Create Vendor) are not available until all items in the house have been fully loaded.

UI / Chat

* Detached chat windows no longer cause some windows to fail to open.
* Chat tabs will update when torn off (detached from) the main chat window.

Space

* The /findFriend command will now work in space.
