Now that that we're up and running on our fast servers, with our fat network connection thanks to our new ISP, it's time to get some eyes focused on us.

Something that I've always been disappointed by is the lack of traffic on some of our message boards, especially a few of the world forums. We've tried various techniques to increase activity, such as contests and the like, and they have helped -- but not enough.

We do frequently receive requests to have our forums display in collapsed format, similar to the forums on AC Vault. What many people don't know is that you can display our forums like that already! Just go into the Forum Options link in the upper-left of the forum page and change "View Index" to "Collapsed". You can also change the number of threads you see per page on this menu, as well as the thread sort order if you like your threads "bumpable".

So what do you think? What can we as a site, as a network, do to bring more activity to the forums? What would make you post on our forums if you don't already, and what would make you post more if you do?
