Asherons Call: Buffs and Banes and VII's oh my!

We're getting a rush of reports of not just VII spells on items but on TONNES of items. Swords with all level VII item buffs, armor with multiple VII banes and such! Tales of every third item looted having some sort of VII buff on it.

Is it too much, or is this a long time coming?
