City Of Heroes: Sally's Spawn Rate Revisited

Positron dropped by the Official City of Heroes boards with this update:

Sally fix did not make this patch (9/23 update), but will make the next one I am told.

The current spawn rate it 10.5 to 21 hours between spawns.

The new one is 30 minutes to 1 hour between spawns.

I don't recommend hunting Sally at ALL until the Sally patch comes to live.
