Asherons Call: Beware your Leathered Items!

Beware your Leathered items may not be as 'Retained' as you think!

Seems there are quite a few reports of items that have been 'Leathered'*, and are now being mysteriously salvaged and sold. There are also reports of failure to apply leather to items not previously flagged as retained.

*(Apply this material to a treasure-generated item in order to render that item "Retained". Retained items cannot be salvaged or sold to vendors. Applying this material does not require a tinkering skill, does not add a tinker to the target's count, and cannot destroy the target.)
