World Pass Distribution Recovery (Oct. 10)

At the following time we experienced a technical issue within FINAL FANTASY XI which prevented world passes from being issued to players.
This issue was resolved during the PlayOnline Maintenance that occurred from Oct. 10 10:00 to 12:00 (PDT)
