Here's a nice item that will help your Stamina and Health, as well as your mage skills. It probably requires a group, though, as the spawns are really big, and the re-spawn rate is relatively fast.

Prepare for shadows, Virindi, and Tuskers (Oh, My!). Also, the dungeon is up on one of the plateaus in the Obsidian Plains, so the run to it will be ... interesting.
