Star Wars Galaxies: Customer Support Regarding ToW Reward Concerns

At this time, Customer Support is NOT assisting people who claimed their items on the wrong character. The claim windows clearly state that they can only claim the items on one character on the account for the life of the account. Customer Service may re-evaluate this issue in the future; at which time an announcement will be made.

Regarding Bunker's: Currently, there are a significant number of reports regarding the new Bunker House that is available as a reward for purchasing the Trials of Obi-Wan Expansion. It appears that characters are forgetting to place maintenance into the structure prior to redeeding the structure, and as such when a redeed attempt is made, the structure is being destroyed because the redeed fees are unable to be paid. Please remember that while regular housing maintenance fees are currently turned off at the moment, the fees for redeeding a structure are still enabled, and must be paid if you wish to reclaim the structure deed instead of destroy it.

If you have already inadvertently destroyed the house, please submit an in-game ticket, and we will offer a ONE TIME ONLY restoration of the reward as soon as we can. Please note that anyone found attempting to defraud Customer Service by submitting false claims of a destroyed bunker house will receive account disciplinary action.
