Star Wars Galaxies: Early Trick or Treaters or Invasion?

On the evening of Oct 30th, Theed Naboo on Shadowfire had someone or something lurking in the mists of the haze of the River of Theed. Where these visitors came from or why there were there is still a mystery.

As I approached the area where they were spotted I could just make out 3 then 9 then 12 then I realized there was a possibility if an invasion from these images and in the distance I could just get a description of them and too my surprise they were indeed members of the Spider Clan.

I temempted to get closer and try not to make notice of my presence to them as I managed to safely grab these shots of the mysterious figures I was seeing in the distance of the far side of Theed from where I had arrived outside the Theed Starport.

As I managed to get the shots I notied these were infact A Spider Clan Sentinal, A Giant Cavern Spider Recluse and A Spider Clan Web Dancer. Rummaging thru my notes on the species of the galaxy I realized these were not normal visitors as both the Sentinal and Web Dancer are dark weilders and higly skilled in the dark side of the force, as well, this would indeed take more than your average citizen to take care of these visitors so I kept myself in hiding to observe the outcome.

Theed being under control of the Rebel Alliance at this time left their members at thier posts to keep control over the possibility of Imperial Operatives trying to overtake them or claim Theed as thier own and as well left them unable to assist locals in the dealings with these members of the Dark Forces.

In what I can only assume was preperation for an attack on the Rebel Allaince's control of Theed, Imperial Stormtroopers had been busy setting up bases of operations near the are area where these Spider Clan were spotted and not being ones to take to interuption of their schedules set by Lord Vader they were forced to take action as the appearance of these surprise vistors's pets were a hinderance.

As word spread thru the Empire that there was a situation causing a delay in the schedule of thier plans reinforments were quickly on thier way into the area to assist. Nearby, Imperial Stormtroopers were coming to land from thier sea drops, and forming up in ranks to assit and purge the area of the cause of their delay in plans.

Screams were heard in the distance as I looked over from my safe hiding spot I caught glimpse of a citizen running away from a Spider Clan member that had actually entered Theed and was becoming hostile. I did manage to get a shot of some local heros who had joined forces to help protect their fellow citizens from these dark weilders.

As the locals made a rise aginst the Spider Clan, other members of the clan came to assist their sisiters in battle against the locals. The battle raged on all over the outskirts and at times into Theed. I could hear shots being fired in the distance and almost next to me I hear the thuds of corpses hitting the dirt and bloodstained streets of Theed.

As I sat there wondering of I there was someway, somehow possible for me to get out alive I noticed it was suddenly starting to grow quiet, the shots were less and screams and shrills were less in the ditance I mangaged to grab this shot just across the bridge from the theed starport of a couple heros defeating what seemed to be the end of the battle in the darkness of the night.

Soon after local force were reassuring citizens it was just and isolated incident and that everyone should go back to thier regular activities. As if after being a witness to this I could actually sleep with those visions in my head, I can still hear teh screams, the ranged weapons firing as ever the jedi lightsabers wailing in the night air.

I am glad that I did indeed make it out alive and in one peace. I still sit and wonder will they return and if so when, will there be more? Noone can verify that answer as noone can predict the future or can they???
