Lineage 2: Update to NCSoft / Shaw Cable Situation

NCSoft is aware of the issues and are working with Shaw Cable to fix the problems. However, this could also be a problem involving a network that is in the trace route path between the two. For now, the staff here at Lineage II WarCry suggest running this diagnostic tool if you are having issues, and using another connection method to get the results to NCSoft at the Official Forums.
