Final Fantasy: FFXI Beta for X-Box 360 Available Soon

It appears a full version of FFXI Beta for the X-Box 360 will be available from the Official X-Box Magazine in their February edition, which goes on sale January 5, 2006.

CVG had this to say regarding the beta release:

The free beta version of FFXI, which comes on a second disc included with the mag, will allow you to join in the beta test of the MMORPG on Xbox 360. We're reliably informed you'll be able to immediately create a character and jump online - all you need is an Xbox 360 with a hard drive, an Xbox Live gold membership and a broadband connection.
