City Of Heroes: Good news everyone! Marvel, NCsoft, and Cryptic settle amicable.

The long on-going lawsuit by Marvel Comics against Cryptic Studios and NCsoft has finally been settled, and amicably at that. While the details can not be disclosed, all the players need to know is that nothing about City of Heroes or City of Villains will be changed. Not one texture, not one costume option. So we are all very happy to hear the news.

Remember though: Just because the deal is settled, both sides also have agreed that the intellectual property of each company is important and well worth protecting. NCsoft and Cryptic will still be alert for copyright infringements so do not take this news as a right to make xXCyclopsXx or W0lv3rin3roxxerz.
