*** Frostfell ***

- If you did not get your key from the Gigglegibber ballot counter, you can now claim it from the ballot box even if the quest is complete.

- If you fail to fill in for the Gigglegibber band members 10 times in a row, the quest will automatically complete.

- A Gigglegibber Scout can now be found in the banks of West Freeport and Qeynos Harbor.

*** Quests ***

- The halls of the dead creature catalog quest has been updated to include the new creatures found in Fallen Gate.

*** Items ***

- The following weapons can again be equipped by the appropriate classes:

* The Bone Bladed Claymore (and its Electrified kin)
* Ghoulbane
* Berik, Sword of Thunder
* Dwarven weapons of cleansing
* Hierophant's Crook
* Niksel's Robes of Enchantment, Sorcery, and Summoning
* Academic Robes of Sorcery and Summoning
* Vemerik's Rings of Gallantry, Hunting, and Stealth

*** Spells and Combat Arts ***

Sorcerer changes:

- Concussive will now correctly grow with level and is no longer cast at Apprentice I quality
