Calandryll has popped up on the official forums with some information for those of you in Europe looking to pre-order. Turbine and their partners are looking at mid-February for European pre-orders and encourage people to wait. Here's a snippet:

We are pleased to announce that we have some details about the European preorder package. The European preorder will be available sometime in mid February. As a bonus, players who purchase the European preorder will receive a unique in-game item that is exclusive to the European preorder. Details about this item will be posted in the near future.
