Final Fantasy: Kingdom Hearts II released in Japan

Today, 22nd December 2005 marks the release of Kingdom Hearts 2 in to stores in Japan.

Kingdom Hearts II is the sequal to the best selling game of 2002 which featured, under the direction of Final Fantasy maestro Tetsuya Nomoura, a combination of Disney and Final Fantasy cast as well as new faces to the Kingdom Hearts world.

The story passes on the tale of how the young boy Sora tries to find his friends when Darkness and the Heartless finally engulfs his world. Along the way he meets new friends as well as foes as he visits worlds that is yet to be consumed by the Heartless and the Darkness.

Kingdom Hearts II takes up the lead where the first game left of - featuering new cast members from Final Fantasy and the Disney worl as well as the mysterious cloaked men.
