Star Wars Galaxies: They Do Exist ! ! ! -CSRs

I am receiving responces about the CSRs from players and this is what teh players have to say.

"I've had to deal with CSR on several occasions after my character couldn't clone. Each time they were very polite and helpful. Overall they resolved my issue fairly quickly (most of the time within 3 or 4 minutes). They also always apologized - acknowledging that this was a known bug and they were working towards a resolution as soon as possible. While I am always a little aggravated that this bug is occurring, the experience with the CSR keeps my unhappiness at a minimum." Bryan

"I've had four recent experiences with CSRs. Three were "I'm stuck" style issues (two on Chilastra and one on Starsider), all related to these mini-bases that are spawning all over Tatooine (and other planets, I suspect). In all those cases, CSRs responded to my issues very very quickly and I was able to move on.

The fourth issue was when I was one of the first to report not being able to enter Myyydril or Rryatt on Chilastra, getting a "you are not authorized to enter this location" message. I submitted a ticket; the CSR responded that it was a development issue and they were unable to help. As it turns out, this is in fact a dev issue and a fix is hopefully scheduled for Publish 27. This would be nice as I can't do very much on Kashyyyk right now." Kyle
