Beginning Axers, hearken! A 10-20 damage Lightning Axe with multiple spells is easily available!

Begin in Arwic, travel to Al-Jalima, hit the Settlement portals, do a little running, fight your way to the top of a tower past Rats and Banderlings, Kill the Zombie (all that's left of the original tower's inhabitants) and pick up your own Hammer of Lightning.
