Asherons Call: Known issues with Billing right now

imageSome expired subscriptions are not displayed for customers: this is a known issue with expiration due to hard declined payment methods. We are working on a fix and will shortly announce its implementation.

Selecting some regions in United Kingdom (e.g. York, North Yorkshire, South Gloucestershire) will return [ERROR -20077]: Invalid region selection; we are working on a fix with our payment processing service.

Discover card being declined: some discover cards are being declined by our payment processing service. We are working to correct the problem and a solution will be implemented shortly and announced.

Some customers are being charged immediately after customer service representatives help them to upgrade to Throne of Destiny expansion pack: this error has been corrected and ALL customers upgrading to the expansion are now receiving 30 free days as they should.

[ERROR -30025]: The system was unable to add your subscription. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later.
[ERROR -2]: The system was unable to update your account at this time due to a system error. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later.
