ToD Preview Version may not include Hi-Res graphics.
According to Frelorn, if you wish to have the High Res Textures, you will need to ensure your Asheron's Call Throne of Destiny was installed from the CD itself.
If you are using a preview version of the game you will not have the Higher Resolution Textures. This, more than likely is due to the fact that at the time of the preview and the launch, these textures were not available for use. It would make sense not to include them in the preview download as it would have made the download alot larger.
