Vanguard: Live from Fanguard- Friday!

Fanguard began with a kickoff cocktail party at 7pm. Fans and employees alike piled into the conference room and began to meet and mingle.

After a few minutes, Cindy got up to the podium and welcomed us all. She then got all of the Sigil employees together and had them introduce each other one by one. The team was well represented, including Jeff Butler, Michelle Butler, Brad Mcquaid, Nick Parkinson and many others.

Once introductions were out of the way, a small "Getting to know you game" was announced. Sigil handed out sheets with 21 different descriptions, including "I have been playing MMOG's for more than 5 years" and "I have been a guild leader for more than 1 guild". Everyone had to find someone in the room that fit one of the descriptions and sign the paper. The trick was, you could only have one person sign it once. The first person to finish this would win an ATI Crossfire graphics card.

The room dispered to finish the game, and after a few minutes, a winner emerged! Congrats to JerleMinara for getting all of the questions finished first.

After this, there was a drawing for 2 high end Soundblaster Soundcards. Congrats to Ocurry for winning the Soundblaster Fatality and Cerebus for winning the Creative Blaster X-Fi!

The rest of the evening event was filled with informal meeting of the Sigil crew and fans.
