Asherons Call: Jessica Mulligan to Panel Conference at E3

I had a TON of news for everyone yesterday and didn't get to it all. I hope this doesn't get lost in Patch Day. AC and AC2's Executive Producer, Jessica Mulligan, will be paneling a discussion at E3 entitled, "Persistant Worlds - Toward What Future?".

Persistent world gaming is one of the fastest- growing sectors in the game industry. But not every release is guaranteed success. The market is getting more crowded, gamers are demanding more robust environments, and the importance of a clean launch cannot be underestimated. This session will ask an international panel of designers and publishers of MMOL games to discuss what was learned from the first generation of persistent world games, what they tried to accomplish with their own MMOL titles, and how the genre will advance in the coming years.

The Panelists include producers from Sigil Games, Linden Lab, Mythic Entertainment and Intelligent Life Games.

Now, if only they'd reschedule it so it wasn't during my appointment with Codemasters! Aaaiiee!
