At the following time, we will be performing PlayOnline registration server maintenance.

During this time, users will receive an error or a message indicating that maintenance is being conducted upon registering or unsubscribing PlayOnline accounts, review or update member information, or review, purchase, cancel, or reactivate Content IDs.

Also the PlayOnline Information Center will be unable to provide the following services during the maintenance.

- Reissuing PlayOnline password
- Recovery of deleted characters
- Other processes that require confirmation of customer information.
