ACDiscussions: Should spec'd leader increase your rank?

Should specializing leadership increase your rank by one point?
If so should this be 'hard' like having more vassals, and be used for increasing patrons rank, or mansion purchase/maintenance, or 'soft' like the Circlet of Supremacy, which does not affect patrons rank and can only be used for item activation?

Should the spec'd leader rank bonus only apply to monarchs?

Would you spec leadership if it meant increasing your rank?

Since rank max's out at 10, there'd be no need for a rank 10 person to use this feature, but it's something to talk about!
