Dungeons And Dragons Online: Game Chronicles Preview

Are you on the edge of your seat yet? Well, something to tide you over until release, anyway:

After fiddling around with a few characters, I settled on a dark-skinned, shorthaired human female barbarian with a neat looking scar across her face to play as my main character. DDO focuses almost completely on group play, but for the early tutorial levels, barbarians are a nifty solo class, as they have a large number of weapon proficiencies and exceedingly powerful physical damage-dealing capabilities, as well as high agility which allows them to dodge or otherwise avoid many attacks. In fact, the class system overall is one of the things that stood out the most to me about DDO during my time on the beta.
