Star Wars Galaxies: Japanese Character Transfer Update

Due to unforeseen technical difficulties, all players will have to make the following choice for each of their characters:

1. You may petition to receive the items that are transferable from your character bank on Harla or Katana.

If you make this choice:

* You will not receive items such as Factory Crates and resources as they are not transferable from your character bank.

* You will lose all Experience Points (XP) gained on US/European galaxies.

* You will lose your character name.

* You will have the opportunity to choose a new name.

If you select this choice, you will not be able to send in a petition until Wednesday, March 8th and it MUST be submitted (sent in) by Friday March 10th, 2006.

- OR -

2. You may petition to be given 500,000 credits to your character.

If you make this choice:

* You will lose all the items in your character bank from Harla or Katana.

If you select this choice, you must submit your request by Friday, March 10th, 2006.

How to petition: A "petition" means going in-game and sending in a Customer Service Request. To do this, press "H" to get your in-game Holocron and then select Knowledge Base, and search for something in the "Enter your question here" box.

Once the search is complete double click on one of the resulting articles and then scroll down to the bottom of the article and select the "Just let me create a ticket, the search did not answer my issue" .
