imageThe Dereth Museum holds in trust a collection of art and antiquities from ancient and living cultures. Housed in Frostfell's Mosswart Place, one of Shoushi's settlements, the collection is one of the finest in existence, spanning 5 years of Isparian history! Admission to the collections is free.

The Dereth Museum was founded in Morninthaw 25, 67 P.Y. by Damien Sarin, the original author of The Aerlinthe Report. Its goal is to promote understanding through the arts, natural history and science. Since its inception, the Dereth Museum has been guided by three important principles: the collections are to be held in perpetuity in their entirety; they are a community enterprise available to all, down to the newest inhabitants of Dereth; they are cared for by full-time specialists.

The Dereth Museum's standing and its key role in the display of the world's heritage make it one of the most-visited public places on Dereth and a valued contribution to Auberean's cultural and economic life.

The collection is divided into 16 wings, with each cottage containing a different exhibit. Each exhibit has its own theme, described by a plaque above the door.
