(note that this is an earlier start time than last month) 

Where? The IP Gate in Kings Row. 

Why?
Because we are tankers, and this is the sort of thing we do. We can let our hair down, forget about protecting a team for a while, and just go MEGA smashing crazy hanging out with folk who are (mostly) as hardy as we are. 

Tanker Tuesday may quite possibly be the longest running monthly event in all of Paragon City (regardless of the server). This is the 17th Tanker Tuesday we've had on the Champion Server and we always have a lot of participation. Last month had a most impressive turnout.

If you don't have a tank, make one on Champion, and come hang out with some of the best in the business, (not me, the other ones). We can't wait to see ya!

What: MEGA-Gauntlet Race of Death 

MEGA-Gauntlet Race of Death 

This is a level 1 race through the city of Paragon.
This event is open to all people from all Servers.
Please visit the Champion server and have fun. 

There is a 5 Million Influence pot
to spread between the top 9 winners.

There are dangers and perils at every turn. Death is not only possible, but expected. 

Please pay your dues for the City Hall so you can use their hospital transport facilities without the paperwork and Red Tape. The sooner you can leave the hospital the sooner you can get back into the race. 

Host: Another MEGAFORCE Event production. 

Server: Champion. 

Location: Gather for event in the grassy area near the Atlas gate in Steel Canyon. The starting line will be the road to perpendicular to the Atlas gate.

Date: Tuesday March 7th, 2006 

Time: 10:00 PM Eastern 

Race path:

Steel Canyon [by ATLAS gate] - Green Line - Talos Island - Ferry - Peregrine Island [Center of Portal Corp] Finish line Center of Portal Corp

All participants should be Level 1 [one]. 

I should also stress that Characters be a true lvl one, and should zone to Atlas straight from creator screen so that all players are equal.

No Kheldian rule is in place, since they have "limited" travel powers.
No inspirations of any kind including Healing, Awakens, Breakfrees, Defence and Luck.
To be fair to all no buffs or heals will be given and should not be sought.

All players will form teams with a MEGAFORCE Observer to monitor participants.

All participants will join a temp SG - MEGAthon Runners, so players would not have to delete a global channel and still chat among yourselves as needed. Since no missions are being run, no influence or XP or Salvage will be earned and should not affect your personal SG stats.

Each player will be given a level 5 enhancer. Upon reaching the finishing line In PI, each player will need to drag and drop their enhancer on the Referee to indicate their completion of the race. The Referee character will be announce at event. 

The first nine players to complete the race will be rewarded.
