Star Wars Galaxies: Pilot Re-Mastery Update

If you are a pilot and you have been working to achieve your Ace Pilot status, please submit a CS ticket titled, "Ace Pilot Re-mastery".

Our Customer Service Representative will work with you to try and correct the problem with your character so that you can progress as normal from where you left off.

PLEASE NOTE: The solution usually addresses the issue but it is not guaranteed.

If a CSR tries to help you with this and it does not fix the problem, you will have to surrender your pilot profession and start again.

How to petition a CSR: A "petition" means going in-game and sending in a Customer Service Request. To do this, press "H" to get your in-game Holocron and then select Knowledge Base, and search for something in the "Enter your question here" box.

Once the search is complete double click on one of the resulting articles and then scroll down to the bottom of the article and select the "Just let me create a ticket, the search did not answer my issue" .
