Bug Fixes

* Fixed problem with Old Town missions being too high level thus causing a gap in content.
* Fix to shields not appearing when users first zone.
* Fix for crash related to players receiving ornament information from other players going out of range then quickly coming back into range with an ornament equipped.
* If you transferred maps while in spectator mode (like at the end of an arena match), it would hide all overhead names/healthbars/icons. This should no longer happen.
* Fixed colors behind most inventory items (many commodities showing with red backgrounds, the equipped chassis would be red in town, useable items were red in town, etc.). Junk items have dark gray backgrounds now to distinguish them from equip-able but unusable red items.
* Fix for sometimes not being able to kick convoy members.
* Fix to some enhanced ornaments/race items increasing level requirements.
* Creatures/NPCs should no longer be showing up as dots on the minimap for now.
* Convoy window portraits should include things like helmets and proper facial hair color now.
* Switching chassis should immediately update the inventory tab count.
* Attempting to target convoy members via clicking on their convoy portrait will actually select them such that you can use buffs/healing skills on them.
* Fix for random equip crashes - occurring most often in arenas.
* Fix for other player's vehicles sometimes having no wheels and no Hit Points.
* Fix for sometimes being able to drive through some faction enemies in arenas, as well as not being able to auto-target them.
* Fixed trainer in Unionville who was training the wrong skill.
* Ground Zero - Exotic Armor Trainer Now actually trains in Exotic Armor.
* Ground Zero - Fixed road clipping in Mutant base.
* Ground Zero - La Tour Aride now spelled correctly as you explore the area.
* Militia Base - The repair station in North 21 will now bind you at the correct location. There were also some textures missing inside the Caverns that are now fixed.
* Added correct mission requirements to mission "Booty Call". Now requires "Hazardous Duty" and "Upstream" first.
* Fixed typo in objective text for mission "Hateful Blooms."
* Fixed outdated explanation of MG-Mek in mission "Last Stand in Tailingtown".
* Fixed bad description in Shipping Manifest for mission "Manifest Destination".
* Fixed typo in mission "Mario's Bargain".
* Fixed typo in mission "Temper Temper".
* Fixed typo in mission "Brimstone".
* Fixed typo in mission "Eye for an Eye".
* Fixed typo in mission "Drive Carefully".
* Mission "Ravages of War" - Fixed incorrect pronoun.
* The Biomek Order has taken the gates of the SALT in the Malachite Mines to Ft. Logan to have an overhaul done to them.
* Marked no collision on trigger that controlled the gate to the SALT in Malachite. Also, marked gate pieces to not create when loading to alleviate the problems with the streaming of the gates and the problem with players not getting mission to open gates.
* Fixed an incorrect target in "Once More for Good Measure".
* Fixed a problem with being able to move the Van in "Load Up".
* Fixed a problem with sunken targets in "A Good Paddling".
* Disconnected outdated trigger system in "Slaughter".
* Fixed problem with incorrect rewards in "The Toll is Paid".
* Fixed problem with "Can't Go Home" that was removing the mission item from the player's inventory.
* Choppin Maul - Fixed various floating piles of Rubble on the map

Additions

* Ground Zero - Added healing to Obelisks. Obelisks now slowly heal players of the owning faction.
* New max summon count formula = 2 + (level/14).
* Added new bird's eye shot for Russet Iron Mine.
* Added an instant repair consumable to Ft. Logan's general goods vendor.
* Human Lieutenant has a new reinforcement skill called "Holo-Trooper", which is now available as a 5th level specialty skill.
* Human Lieutenant and Engineer has a new reinforcement skill called "Combat Drone", which is now available as a 5th level faction skill.

Changes

* Updated and balanced Power, HP, Heat, and Cooldown adds on 167 Chassis.
* Changes to Memorization: there is now a limit on how many things can be crafted from a Memorized item. It is 10 + Memorization Rank. The current number you can still craft should appear in the Memorization window at the bottom of the geo window.
* When you have a hard target, pressing H to trade with that target (or X to interact) will actually use that target instead of proceeding to do its own thing.
* Windows are now drag-able by default and will be enabled as such the next time you run the game. To disable them, go into the Interface Options and uncheck the "All Windows Can Be Dragged" option. Also, you can click the "Reset Window Positions" button right above that to put the window positions back to their defaults.
* Adjusted General Store levels in Unionville to increase the variety of items being populated.
* Completed vendor balancing pass for Bunker.
* Adjusted trainer skill levels in Omphala.
* Finished vendor balancing pass for Unionville.
* Changed the min level, clink, and XP values in a variety of missions in Western Front.
* Adjusted spawn layout in the Badlands of Western Front.
* Revised the loot tables. Infantry, Vehicles, and Wildlife now have slightly different chances to drop various items in Regions 1 and 2.
* Began rework of skill descriptions with new magic tags style.
* Completed vendor balancing pass for Aurora.
* Completed vendor balancing pass for Winston.
* Completed vendor balancing pass for Borderton.
* Completed vendor balancing pass for Fireline.
* Completed vendor balancing pass for Rust.
* Completed vendor balancing pass for Upside.
* Completed vendor balancing pass for Tocado.
* Completed vendor balancing pass for Ft. Logan.
* Hydro Electric - The repair station at Revival had its drop point moved. When INC delivers you to that repair pad you are put inside the Revival area.
* Renamed Tierra Roja Gas Cloud to Corrosive Gas Cloud.
* Changed the min, clink and XP values in the Tierra Roja area.
* Changed mission "Pain in the Arsenal" to target Pike SSMs instead of Bombermen.
* Removed Level 22 Pike Bombermen from Scrap Valley. Replaced most with Pike SSMs.
* Wastes: Removed stray repair pad effect that was not on a repair pad.
* Combat Deployment infantry now debuffs and attacks with a physical damage type, and the new Holo-Trooper debuffs and attacks with an energy damage type.
* Updated description of LaserBot to be more accurate.
* Reduced Hit Points on Agent Dean.
* Hydro Electric - The Repair Station in Chemical Valley now binds you when you get in the area of it.
* Updated the MaxPower, Power Regen Rate, Heat, and Heat Dissipation rate on most player PowerPlants. In general, stats were increased.
