All game servers are back up and we'll update this news with the Patch Notes as soon as they're released.

Update - Patch Notes
* A game-crashing exploit was fixed.

* Stormcleave Outpost
o Several changes have been made to the landscape of General Xantilar's cave to prevent exploitation.
o A rest shrine has been removed.

* If you are in the Kidnapper's Refuge immediately prior to a server downtime, you will no longer be locked out of the quest when the server comes back online.
