Here's what the Denver Post had to say:

Brown and his team of 48 programmers, designers and artists brought to life an MMO that breaks from tradition by combining fast-paced action with the more conventional role-playing elements. In "Auto Assault," the imaginative masquerade of "World of Warcraft" collides with the classic car combat of "Twisted Metal."

In the world of video games, MMOs stand out. For one reason, these dynamic, interactive worlds come as close as anything in gamedom to the popular notion of immersive cyberspace, with real people digitally living out their hopes and dreams.

And here's an excerpt from the Detroit Free Press article:

NetDevil President Scott Brown said the game has been designed to appeal to a wider audience -- not just folks who don't like fantasy, but also people who don't like all the micromanaging that usually takes place in massive multiplayer online games like "Warcraft."

"Auto Assault" is designed to help players and their cars level up and become more powerful quickly. Not only are the game's structures almost completely destructible -- you can knock down trees, blow up buildings, knock down fences and the like -- but you get parts to upgrade your cars by going on rampages, so you're encouraged to blow stuff up.
