Star Wars Galaxies: Player Claims SWG has Most Understanding Customer Service Reps

Today I was contacted by a player of the Shadowfire Galaxy who did not want me to mention thier name as they did not want to seem clueless in this but did plead with me to give a shout out the the CSRs that work the Shadowfire Galaxy in Star Wars Galaxies.

The player claims they filed a ticket regarding missing items and the CSR staff worked dilligently to find the data stream regarding thier missing items. the player thought were deleted by accident by the destruction of a structure of another player and when the facts came out, they had in fact placed thier items in a house they had quickly placed and never thought about for a few days. The CSR staff rather than smite them over the issue responded to the ticket by giving teh player direct waypoint to the house with thier items inside and, when the player sent back in an appology ticket, the CS department claimed it was no hassle as it is thier job to assist players that feel they have actually legit lost items.

The player asked i shout out to the CSRs and make sure that the public are aware of the great staff that work for SOE in the CSR department.
