Dark Age Of Camelot: A Note From Customer Service *updated

We're still experiencing issues with items displaying properly on Consignment Merchants and House Vaults. For items that appear to be "missing," move items around on the CM, or in the vault, and the rest of the items should appear.

For a window that is displaying items from the wrong source (CM items showing in a vault, vault items showing in a CM or CM items from another home showing on yours), you can correct this issue by closing the window, then logging to Character Select and back into game. Once you're in, open the window again, and it should display the items properly to you.

For a Vault Keeper that will not open a window for you or is crashing your client, we're still gathering information on this issue. Please appeal this issue in-game with your Name-Server, and as detailed a description as you can give. Place the appeal as an Emergency appeal. A CSR will not be able to resolve the issue for you but will take your information and escalate that to our Bug Team.
