World Of Warcraft: Character Transfers Disabled

In order to address an issue affecting realm stability, they have disabled character transfers to the public test realms. They have isolated the issue and are working on a solution, however, until the matter is resolved character transfers will be unavailable. Players are still encouraged to use one of the existing template characters and help us test the upcoming changes here.
