Asherons Call: Login Problems - Update

Quite a few players are having troubles logging in to the game. From the posts on the problems that I've read, many players are receiving the following error message:

"There is no logon server for your account available. Please try again in a few minutes."

From the posts I've read it seems that many having the problems are using more than one client/computer on the same connection. I'll try to keep on top of this issue...and keep adding new content!

Update from Ophelea Its been posted over on ACVault by an Admin:

We are aware of the "No Logon Server Available" error that some of you are getting. We are working right now to figure out what is causing this for some.

At this time, I have no more information then that. I will reply to this thread when I know more. If its going to be anything extended (which I do not know right now), there will be a post on the State of the Network as well.

Hopefully, we'll see a fix, soon.

More Updating: This message just appeared in the lobbies:

We are going to be doing some quick lobby maintenance which will require bouncing the lobby. - +Admin Cruzario

We are still working on the problem (big DUH from the crowd). We do not have any further leads right now. Yes, we test on all the platforms, yadda yadda... Infact, I have personally logged on today with an ME box and a 98se.

I would definately say not to try re-installs, etc. It definately appears to be something on our side. Its not Decal ;-).
