Vanguard: Official Vanguard Site gets upgrade

The official Vanguard site has gotten a little more streamlined! A left navigation bar was added to get around the site easier.

There is also a running flash at the top-right of the page that shows some video from the game.

The best part, in my slightly biased opinion, is the new rotating banner slot in the bottom right corner! All of the affiliates have sent in a banner to be displayed there. You can view our banner (made by Arrakiv) here!
