Asherons Call: More Answers

Some more updates to the patch tree, a few more answers from Ken Troop and also added Ken Karl's answers from over on the Vault. Just to clarify, as this confuses a lot of people, Ken Troop works for Turbine and is the Producer for Asheron's Call. Ken Karl works for Microsoft and oversees Asheron's Call for them.

Finally, if I could ask, please keep any discussion out of the thread Ken Troop started and focus on questions directed directly at him. That just makes his life easier and probably gives a better chance for your questions to be answerd.
