City Of Heroes: COH Character Name Policy Change

The Character Name policy has been changed. Cryptic has datamined some statistics and found that the previous policy was not needed on an on going basis. The policy was to change characters under level 35 on inactive (over 90 days) accounts into unreserved names, freeing them up for new characters. This policy is now suspended though if the need does arise again, Cryptic will send out a notice at least 30 days in advanced.
