It's back one more time! LCC is proud to bring you:

LIVE AUCTION IV - "High Rollers" Edition

Saturday 5/13/06 from 7PM - 9:30PM EDT.

The auction is going to be held in the main room of the "old subway". For those of you who do not know this, the old subway was the place all the buying and selling took place before tradebots were even thought of and before we had a marketplace. For simplicity, I am only going to accept MMD's and Plats.

Those of you who have attended any of my previous auctions, you know what a success they have been. So much so that it has even caught the attention of a few +Envoys in the past so keep your eyes open. Lots of great items are up for auction this time around so bring yourself and your money.

Now for the rules:

First - The point values are as follows: 1 point = 1 MMD or 5 Plats.

Second - There is a minimum bid of 1 point and there is NO buyout on any items.

Third - In past auctions the problem has come where once a value went to a high amount people were outbidding each other by 1 point or a fraction thereof. To correct this problem I am instituting minimum raises at various stages:

1 through 100 points = minimum of 1 point raises.
100 through 200 points = minimum of 5 point raises
200+ points = minimum of 10 point raises.

No fraction of a point bids will be accepted.

Fourth - The auction starts off with me announcing an item. The bids fly and when they slow down I will announce the person with the highest bid and say going once, going twice, SOLD. At the point I say "sold" no bids after that will be accepted.

Fifth - If you bid on an item you are held to it until someone bids more than you. No Withdraws are permitted, No Exceptions! Doing so will result in you no longer being able to participate in the auction.

Door prizes will be dropped starting sometime between 6:45 and 7:00 for all of you early birds.

Special Note - A portion of the proceeds will be going into the LCC prize fund for future events so bid high and bid often.
