Methods to try
Set the security level on your Internet Explorer to Low.
Double click on My Computer and type in zone.msn.com. Login via this page.
Type www.zone.com into the Windows Explorer. Login via this page.
Close all Internet Explorer windows except one. Login to the Zone like normal and bring up the Play window for your world. Hit CTRL-ALT-Delete and close the program ZProxy. Close the remaining Explorer window, but leave the Play window. Ignore any error messages and click the Play button.
