If WoW's popularity was ever in question in your mind, this should safely put it to rest. According to our good friend Sir Bruce and his updated May 2006 report over at MMOGChart, World of Warcraft now has its grasp on over 50% of the entire MMO market share. This pie chart lays it all out, and it's impossible to miss the dominating chunk that WoW occupies.
