Asherons Call: Letter to the Players Regarding "No Logon Server" Error

There's a new Letter to the Players about the "No Logon Server" error. Unfortunately, there's no good news. It has been confirmed that its a platform error restricted to Win 98 and ME. They do recommend trying some of the fixes found at fansites. They appear to be working for some.
