City Of Heroes: HeroStats 3.6.5 - Issue 7, new options!

HeroStats has been updated to version 3.6.5, bringing the program up to date to issue 7 as well as including several new options. One of the more important options is the Report Missing Chat Messages, which if enabled, this will send HSD files to the HeroStats Dev team automatically whenever missing chat messages are detected.
