World Of Warcraft: Buff/Debuff Priority System Incoming

I don't know about you, but when I'm raiding and your main tank drinks a Flask of the Titans, only to have it pushed off by some other lesser buff because they reached the buff limit, it kinda ticks me off. Well Blizzard had previously given information about a system they are divising to give priority for both buffs and debuffs to stay on a target.

Today Community Manager Tseric brings news that the ground work for this system will be in place in patch 1.11:

Basic structure and value assignment for some de/buffs should be in place with 1.11 and the work will continue with value assignment until it is completed, I imagine. Due to the large number of de/buffs, I can't put a clear deadline for completion, but it is ongoing now and should continue until everything is fit into the priority scheme.
